When I was fifteen, I was taken from everything I knew and forced into a life I never chose by terrorists. For years, I lived in darkness, enduring fear, pain, and hopelessness. But through that darkness, a small flame of resilience burned inside me, refusing to be extinguished.
I share my story not to dwell on the suffering, but to shine a light for others who may be walking a similar path. This book is dedicated to every survivor of trauma — especially those whose voices have been silenced or ignored. It is my hope that by telling my story, I can offer comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that healing is possible.
