What if matter is not an object that is always there, but a rhythm? A clear hypothesis for rereading Planck, de Broglie, time, and gravity without abandoning the physics that already works.
There is a point, in the textbooks, where the explanation stops. An electron is not a little ball, and yet it leaves a dot on the screen. Energy is tied to frequency, momentum to a wavelength, and the formulas work. Mass slows clocks, and that formula works too. What is missing is a plain story of what matter is doing while it persists. Quantum mechanics and general relativity remain the two most accurate theories we have, each in its own domain. One story underneath both of them is still missing.
This book does not ask you to set them aside. It asks you to look underneath. In clear language, without the mathematics of the technical papers, it sets out a hypothesis: the Subquantum Mechanism. Matter is not an object that is always on. It is a rhythm. Virtual configurations become, at intervals, real events. From that rhythm the book rereads relations physics already knows — Planck’s, de Broglie’s, the uncertainty principle — and reopens the question of gravity and time: not as a geometry we simply accept, but as a consequence of how often matter is actually there.
On this reading the virtual field is not a calculating trick with imaginary numbers. It is the step at which a configuration is not yet a fact.
It is not a manifesto. Each chapter separates what is established, what the model proposes, and what has still to be shown. And it says what, in the laboratory or in the sky, could prove it wrong.
For students, teachers, and curious readers who want a new idea without being talked down to.
