Sakura è un brano che affonda le sue radici nell’anima dell’antico Giappone “Tra i fiori il ciliegio, tra gli uomini il guerriero” è un antico proverbio giapponese che esalta la bellezza, la lealtà ed il coraggio, paragonando la vita del samurai a quella del fiore di ciliegio (Sakura), entrambi pronti a cadere con nobiltà nel momento di massima fioritura.
Insieme al mantra shintoista “Toho Kami Emi Tame” sono stati per me fonte d’ispirazione.
Solo la bellezza del canto e la potenza delle voci potevano esaltarne musicalmente il significato.
Sakura è un inno alla fugacità dell’esistenza, un invito a cogliere la bellezza nell’istante che svanisce, e a cercare, in ogni cosa che ci circonda, un significato più intimo e duraturo.

Sakura is a song that has its roots in the soul of ancient Japan.
"Among the flowers, the cherry tree, among men, the warrior" is an ancient Japanese proverb that extols beauty, loyalty, and courage, comparing the life of the samurai to that of the cherry blossom (Sakura), both ready to fall nobly at the moment of maximum bloom.
Together with the Shinto mantra "Toho Kami Emi Tame," they were a source of inspiration for me.
Only the beauty of the song and the power of the voices could musically enhance its meaning.
Sakura is a hymn to the fleeting nature of existence, an invitation to capture beauty in the fleeting moment, and to seek, in everything around us, a more intimate and lasting meaning.
