The story of Cain and Abel follows the two sons of Adam and Eve: Cain, a farmer, and Abel, a shepherd. When both offered gifts to God, Abel’s offering of his best lamb was favored, while Cain’s was not. Consumed by anger and despite God's warning to control sin, Cain murdered his brother in a field. As punishment, God cursed Cain to wander the earth as a homeless fugitive. To protect him from being killed by others, God placed a special mark on him. Cain eventually settled in the land of Nod, where he built a city named after his son, Enoch. This book is for all Chinese beginners. I tried to include most of the vocabularies used in the story, along with their English meanings. Wherever possible, I tried to make use of simple grammar structures and avoid the more complicated grammar structures. If you are a beginner in the Chinese language, this is the book for you.
