Mental Snacks - Words to Help Us Overcome the Obstacles of Life #1008211

Life is a step-by-step process. And we get stronger as we climb.

I'm reminded that we must constantly guard our minds because, like other forms of illness, it starts with one cell in our bodies or one word in our minds. Processes that develop their own unique routes of internal disruption and destruction.

Guarding our mental and emotional selves requires the same kind of attention we give to structuring our physical diets and fitness programs.

Much like watering plants. We must water our minds with uplifting and inspiring content. A process that becomes our sustainability program, where consistency also matters as well.

Developing and reframing our narratives to influence our thinking and actions to inspire growth.
