The pie had been devoured or at least, that’s what the head chef had said, but devoured was kinda inaccurate as the filling was gone but the pie crust still remained. Whether or not this was a stupid prank that the bigger chefs played on the smaller ones, John Dough wasn’t a fan of this, whatever this was. This weekend’s Octoberfest or rather pie championship was coming up so he had no time for silly jokes or anything like that, he had to work hard at that.

However, hard work could sometimes lead to things going wrong especially on Halloween, John could only learn the hard way.
