Mistletoe and the Grumpy Sheriff - A Small Town Christmas Romance #1012147

She has 24 days to save Christmas. He has to sign every permit.

Denver event planner Noelle Brandt has been hired to rescue the dying Starlight Festival in Larkspur Hollow, a tiny Colorado mountain town where last year only eleven people came to the tree lighting. She has a color-coded binder, a red coat, and a partnership waiting for her back in the city. What she does not have is a single approved permit.

Sheriff Wade Callahan has said no to everything since his wife died on the mountain pass two Decembers ago. Now the relentlessly cheerful planner is renting the apartment above his station, his seven-year-old daughter is hanging mistletoe in the back hallway, and a runaway reindeer named Waffles keeps climbing the stairs to lick her window.

One folder at a time, Noelle starts to thaw the grumpiest man in the county. But a historic storm is rolling in, her boss is calling her back to Denver, and some promises are harder to keep than others.

Can a woman who has always made Christmas for strangers finally find one of her own?
