This book contains the secret files of Project Happiness, a government campaign endorsed by the Queen. It created a product called JOY™ and a strange regime known as the Joy Police. The project was funded by Cecil Von Wittershaw, a British aristocrat who believed happiness could be a great investment. The system worked, and everyone smiled on schedule. Then it did not.
