French Doctor #1011017

One jilted bride. One haunted doctor. And a chance encounter in the City of Light that changes everything.
Coco Steel was supposed to be on her honeymoon. Instead, she’s a data manager from Pittsburgh taking a solo vacation through Europe to prove she can be happy on her own. She didn't plan on meeting a man who looks like he walked off a movie screen—especially not a man like Quentin.
Quentin La Trimouille is a man of secrets and high-stakes legacy. A brilliant Paris doctor from a noble 11th-century line, he’s walking away from his practice, haunted by a past he can’t forgive and a fiancé he couldn't save. He’s headed home to the French Riviera to take over his family’s global wine empire, resigned to a quiet, solitary life.
When a train strike strands them together, an afternoon in Paris turns into a road trip through the heart of the French countryside. From the glittering ballrooms of Monte Carlo to the sun-drenched vineyards of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Quentin sees in Coco a woman who is refreshingly honest and brave. And Coco discovers that the man the world sees as a powerful heir is someone who just needs a reason to believe in himself again.
But when Coco’s past follows her across the ocean, they both must decide: is this just a week-long escape, or have they found the one thing worth risking their hearts for?
