Agent Afloat #1015071

When NCIS Special Agent Heath Vaughn is assigned to replace an agent who has unexpectedly died aboard the USS George Washington (CVN-73), he expects little more than a boring tour at sea.

Instead, he finds himself investigating a death that refuses to make sense.

As Agent Vaughn digs deeper, the body of another sailor is discovered, and the evidence points toward a conspiracy hidden deep within the crew. With every new discovery, the stakes grow higher, exposing an enemy willing to sacrifice lives, destroy a warship, and risk global conflict to protect a devastating secret.

Trapped aboard an aircraft carrier in the middle of the Pacific, he has little support and no backup. How does anyone conduct an investigation when the crime scene is constantly moving. Vaughn must uncover the truth before those responsible strike again, and before a carefully orchestrated deception pushes the United States and China to the brink of war.
