    A must Read

Primrose Fernetise, a beautiful twelve-year old audacious young girl, lived with her father and her brother, Stanley, faraway from the city. Her mother passed away one morning from a sickness. The three worked hard to make their both ends meet. One day, her father had a stroke, which left him paralysed which didn't allow him to leave the bed. So Primrose decided to go the the forest to bring back the magical herbs which could cure his father. There, she met Violet, a rabbit who could talk just like her - like a human. What was even more freaking was that the rabbit could read exactly what Primrose was thinking. . A scared Primrose then discovered that the woodland animals were blessed with special abilities. The reason why they seemed Primrose was because they had to defeat Evelyn, the wicked socceress, who wanted to rule the world. But, the only person who could defeat her was Primrose. Will Primrose be able to help them? Will Evelyn rule the world? Will Primrose be able to save the humanity? Will her father be cured? Read this amazing story by Kiara Shankar and Vinay Shankar to know what fate has in store for Primrose.

A very refreshing take on fairytales.

Children's books come off as refreshing, come what may. It takes you off the regular concerns and seriousness. However, this is a wonderful blend of a technique which is fable-like yet concerns universal issues, which stands out due to its technical individuality. Furthermore, it is not the fairytale of a damsel in distress, rather, has a very strong yet humble girl-protagonist, Primrose who retains a certain "muchness" of Alice. This book took me back to Lewis Carroll's descriptions of the "Tea-party" yet kept on pushing me back with its thriving individuality in technique and personal enhancements of the theme of family. Coming to the language of the book, although it did retain the innocence necessary in a Children's book, it also had some modern terms familiar to children of today like "confidential," a word that kept harking back. It also played interestingly with the names and their character references (read the book to find out). All in all, it was a fun and refreshing read. I would highly recommend this to the lovers of fairytales all around.

A great Fairy Tale book for children

This is a children's book. It is a fairy tale of a brave girl Primrose, named after a flower and she is out in the woodlands to save humanity. She meets some talking animals in the woodland who help her throughout her journey to fight the evil. In between, she has some great adventures with other creatures of the land like Munchkins. They were my favourite.  The book has a very simple usage of words and will be a learning experience for children. It is a light book and can be read quickly.  I really loved the tale and it is a good book for kids with a great message of bravery and courage. For a 10-year-old author, the book is a huge start of a writing journey and I would recommend that every kid should read it once. Also, if you ever want to gift a fairy tale then Primrose's curse is superfine. And I am really looking forward to reading the sequel Primrose's Destiny.

    Good book for kids

Primrose's Curse is a fairy tale of an audacious girl named Primrose and her journey with the mystical woodland animals to vanquish the evil sorceress Queen Evelyn Velecrona and the curse that she has cast on humanity. . I think there is no age for reading a fairy tale. And it is meant for everyone. I still love watching/reading cindrella, snowwhite,  Rupanzel etc and this one has the same vibe with it. The difference is that this also has a sequel to it named 'Primroses's Destiny'  and may be many more books may line up  afterwards showing Primroses's and the mystical woodland animals' various adventures together. . Since the book is  focused on kids they also get a good moral/lesson out of it. . '✨By helping others, we help ourselves'✨ When we go out all the way, taking risks and facing difficulties to help other people , it will come back to us in a more better way. So always help the needy. . The fact that the story  came from a middle schooler has really impressed me. The writing is very good. The book contains beautiful illustrations. I recommend this book to kids as well as adults who like reading fairy tales.

This is one of the reason why i planed to read this book The story in the books is basically just a simple fairytale but for a girl of this age its a great thing to do The story revolves around the a girl named Primrose she lives with her father and her brother. Her mother had recently died due to some disease and his father is also not well and was suffering from paralyzed legs. The family lives in extreme poverty. But one day Primrose meet some woodland animals who can speak like humans. Those animals make her realised that she is a specail child chosen for a specail task. Primrose has to destroy a curse changed by a bad witch on all the animals and humans. Will she is good enough for the task Join Primrose adventures journy and see what can this Audacious girl can do I really like the concept of the story which is basically based on girl power in a fairytale format. Kiara our little princess had managed to write such a beautiful story in so small age I wish and i am sure even that she will gonna be the one of the bestest selling writers in the world. God Bless You Kiara
