California Missions and Landmarks - El Camino Real #230120

The chain of Franciscan missions, Father Serra's rosary, is an heirloom left to us by Spain. The precious legacy was linked together by a ribbon of a roadway called El Camino Real. There were twenty-one missions, three pueblos, four presidios and seven hundred miles of roadway. The history and description of these missions, pueblos and presidios, together with landmarks connected with them or near by them, and El Camino Real, is the sub j ect of this book.
