The book will serve as an authoritative and convenient refer ence digest for all persons who have occasion to take action under the school laws. The Appendix gives in form less abridged, and frequently quotes entire, Regulations Of the State Board Of Education, rearranged (with apologies to the Department of Public Instruction) in an effort to collect them into a convenient synopsis. There will also be found in the Appendix a list of the public school Officials of the State, the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Health Governing the Public Schools, and the provisions made by the Act Of Congress Of May 8, 1914, for extension work in agriculture and home economics.
