Wade is a Charis Bible College graduate. Prior to that, he completed two years of correspondence school through Charles Capps Ministries. He has been ordained and in full-time ministry since 1997. In that time, he served four years as a youth pastor, ten years as an associate pastor, and two years as a senior pastor at a church he and his wife, Julie began in Port Charlotte, FL. In 2010, at the prompting of the Lord, he and Julie pioneered Brookside Church in Clermont, FL.
