Gerard Moul trie, for his addition to the paper on Liturgical Quota tions in the New Tefiament: where he has mofl: happily — unlefs partiality deceives me — worked out — with re gard to the Ifapofiolic F athers, — the idea which had been in my Hfl'ay f'carted with refpeét to the writings of the New Tef'cament. I have endeavoured to adduce additional proof in favour of a theory which I am the more encouraged to confider important on account of the very great kindnefs with which it was received in Germany.
