Elvin Eldić (born 23 March 1980) is an Australian entrepreneur and business executive with over three decades of experience in retail, including 19 years in financial services. He is the Founder and Managing Director of The Gamifier Group, a UAE-headquartered performance and software business specializing in gamified performance systems, retail excellence, and strategic execution.
Throughout his career, Elvin has held senior leadership roles in investor-backed and multinational companies, including Travelex and Till Payments, where he led enterprise-wide transformation, cultural change, and commercial optimization across international markets. He is also the creator of Leaguestar, an award-winning gamification platform designed to reimagine organizational cultures—enhancing people engagement, driving accountability, and improving both operational outcomes and commercial results.
Elvin’s leadership philosophy is grounded in discipline, a people-first approach, and results-driven design. Originally from Adelaide, Australia, he is currently based in Dubai, advising businesses across the GCC and beyond.
