He has Spared no pains to make the letterpress and plates as explicit in substance, and neat in appearance as possible in a book published at so low a price — whilst the knowledge gained, not only from theory and long study, but also from many years' of practical labour in the subjects of which the book treats, enables him to recommend it with confidence to all who are endeavouring to become theoretically or practically proficient in the work.
