Unhealthy dietary practices common among young people affect the synchronization of circadian rhythms and predispose them to develop digestive problems and obesity. Adolescents are the population group between 12 and 18 years old, with very marked food preferences and, to a certain extent, quite far from the healthiest dietary patterns for this age group.
