Dan Romulus ȘERBAN - graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Carol Davila University of Medicine, Bucharest (1996), the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (Faculty of Management and Public Administration 2001), the University of Bucharest (Faculty of Sociology - master’s degree, 2006), the Vasile Goldiș University of Arad (Faculty of Medicine - master›s degree 2012), the Romanian Diplomatic Institute (2011). 
The author is a Doctor of Medicine (PhD in 2005) and has doctoral studies in theology at Babeș Bolyai University. 
He has published a medical monograph as well as numerous articles on medical, civic and religious subjects. 
His managerial vision is also based on important administrative experience gained through the exercise of several important government positions.
