"Ergo sum" is a 390-page theoretical-practical manual that will help the reader model the constituent elements of reality by working on one's unconscious and the mechanisms that play a central role in the interpretive process of reality itself; thus, just as the first two letters of the words in the title, "E" and "S" (ES) indicate the technical Freudian term for talking about the unconscious, "Ergo Sum" translated into Italian indicates the "therefore I am," or the second part of the Cartesian maxim that expresses the indubitable certainty that human beings have of themselves as existing subjects. The present work, therefore, identifies the analysis of reality as the key to multidimensional human existence, through the study of the sensory, perceptual, and emotional planes, using the 10 interpretative dynamics (the sensations and perceptions, the emotions and feelings, the ego defense mechanisms, the internal operating model and child care, needs and wants, thinking and personal constructs, belief system, social influences, systematic errors and cognitive distortions, personality framework and psychopathologies), to return the reader with the tools to refine the complex ability to interpret the plane of reality.
